As the song says “who I am, in the eyes of The Father”,. It’s not anything we’ve ever done, it’s what He done for us. The Father sent The Son (Jesus) and He sends us The Holy Spirit, to live in our hearts to help give us Guidance, Comfort, Strength & Power to follow Him daily.

Life as a “Follower of Jesus” is a choice and I choose it daily. To draw closer to Him, to be a minister of His Word, to share what He places on my heart and to have joy. I do all of this even though the enemy tries to steal it away but I can have His Joy because His Spirit lives in me and He makes me complete.

Happiness is a temporary state but Joy comes by being made complete when we are in a personal relationship with Jesus.

Lead us Lord, shine Your light brightly on the path and speak to our hearts. Fill us with Your Spirit so we can go and be Your hands & feet.

He gets rid of the things we don’t need and the things that hinder/get in the way of our walk. He does this so we don’t stumble or fall. That’s how Great our Lord is.
