All of us need help in this tough world and we have a Heavenly Father waiting to hear from his children. Thank You Lord for being there for us. Call on Him and He will give you strength.

More being, less doing. It’s not about doing what He’s asking us to do, it’s about being what He’s called us to be. Living it out.

Change happens when we allow the Holy Spirit to take control and have His Way with our lives.

Less of me and more of Him (Jesus), spending more time on our relationship with Him and helping to grow His Kingdom. It’s our calling.

Taking in a healthy diet of God’s Word (daily) for the nourishment of the soul. This is as much a need to stay fit as eating right for a healthy body.
