“Following Jesus” is a term for staying close and having a personal relationship with Him. Spending time with Him and allowing Him to change us from the inside out.

To be like Jesus means we have to aim for Him. He’s the mark, He’s the target and His characteristics are what we are needing to take on. Let it be our first nature.

Building our relationship with Jesus by reading The Word and being obedient to His directions. Lead us Lord down the path You want us to travel.

Following Jesus isn’t easy, He’s got plenty of fans, He’s wanting “Followers”. Let’s stop being part of the crowd and be one with Him. Leading others to Him by our Faith in Him.

If we would tailgate The Lord like I see on our roads, we would never miss His signals for us to change lanes in life. Then we would always be the kind of Followers we should be, staying close in our relationship with Him.
