There’s the speed of sound, speed of light and then there’s the Speed of The Holy Spirit. He can come into your heart quicker than a blink of an eye and make changes faster than that. Now that’s fast.

Instructions from The Lord doesn’t have anything to do with legalism, it has to do with a plea for living a Holy Life. A changed life, a new creature, leaving our old habits behind and allowing His Spirit to transform us.
